Severe Charcot with complete destruction of the talus and lateral wound after debridement of non-viable tissue by general surgery. Compression of the foot to the anterior tibia and calcaneus to the tibia for complete fusion by frame and additionally stabilized by a plantar foot pin from the calcaneus to the tibia. Two muscle flaps to cover the fusion site and bones followed by amniotic stem cell grafts to cover the flap followed by a wound vac.
